I called and spoke with Jennifer to set up an appointment. She greeted us and spoke with my husband in detail about his concerns, she checked inside his ears then began the hearing test. After testing and explaining in detail of test results, her explanation was understandable and thorough. She discussed life style, prices and options. Then put hearing aids on him, made a few adjustments and he was able to make a decision about what option he wanted.
