My elderly mother purchased hearing aids from Lucid in Louisville, KY. Upon moving to Paducah she was having problems, so I took her hearing aids to this center and got excellent service. Russell, the hearing specialist, identified the problems, sent back the unit for a needed repair and adjusted both units once they were working properly. He was very patient and kind with my mother and educated me on how to help her with both the hearing aids and the app on her phone.
