Great service and wonderful personality
Had my hearing aid kick stands replaced by Mona. She also changed the screens and tips. And did it all with a smile. Thanks, Mona.
The hearing center perofomed the most comprehebsive hearing test I have ever received. It showed that I had significaqnt hearing loss in the upper frequency bands and lower than expected comprehenbsion in the left ear. I expectded that I would purchase otc hearing aids and I did, but was extremely pleased with the hearing test and Mona, the agent that provided the service.
Mona is pleasant, caring and she listens to your concerns. She is straight forward when it comes to your health concerns. She can recommend health adjustments to help you improve your quality of life. Mona is truly an asset to the Lucid Hearning Center
