In the market for my first pair of hearing aids. I stopped by my Sam’s Club with questions and was treated very rudely. She made me feel like an idiot for trying to find out basic information. I will not be considering them.
I had my hearing checked today, and Alice was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciated how welcoming she was and how she took the time to explain everything clearly. She really made a difference in my experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a hearing evaluation.
