Nancy was amazing to work with. She was very informative and helpful to me in understanding how to manage my hearing loss. She listened to my feedback and made adjustments to my hearing devices which made my experience better.
My wife urged me to have my hearing evaluated while we were shopping at Sandhills Sam's Cub. Ms Nancy methodically performed the evaluation in the testing booth. She confirmed my wife's opinion that I had hearing loss in both ears, but one side was worse (~46%, I recall). She explained clearly the various choices for remedying my problem, and helped us settle on a matched pair of rechargeable in grey to match my hair!
