I purchased a pair of hearing aids recently. Jim Druckenmiller was the Hearing Instrument Specialist who helped me with my test resulting in my purchase. Jim was very nice and very knowledgeable. He shared with me my test results and made recommendations and I chose what I wanted including insurance and a charger for my hearing aids. He was not pushy at all about my decision to purchase. I had an appointment with Jim Druckenmiller today at the Lucid Hearing department at Sam's in Windsor Square Matthews, NC. Jim took the time to listen to me and fix or adjusted my hearing aids so I can hear better. He also showed me how to maintain the hearing aids between appointments. He was the best audiologists I have seen at Sam's. I now plan to go to the Matthews location because of his excellent service.
James David D is absolutely wonderful person to work with. He helped assess my dad and was very thorough and a clear in procedure. Explained everything. Took time If in doubt just go for Assesment. Was very comfortable and was not pushy.... Would highly recommend...
Really good , he had patience with me and my mom and helped us a lot
