Jeremy Jones is the best! Our recent visit resulted in a simple fix. That was great for us.
I recently purchased a pair of Lucid hearing aids from Jeremy Jones. Jeremy spent over two hours with me on my initial visit. After he conducted a hearing test, he adjusted a set to fit my needs and allowed me to walk around SAMS store to see how they felt and to test the clarity of the new hearing aids. He was willing to make any adjustments; but honestly, they were perfect from the get-go! I went back for a second visit to learn how to put them in and how to keep them clean. I was in Sam’s Club on Saturday. Usually there is no one at the hearing center as normal business hours are Monday through Friday. Yesterday, however, Jeremy was in there getting caught up on paperwork and he recognized me and I had just asked him a couple questions and he said here come on let’s take a look. I cannot tell you the difference he made he readjusted Both my earpieces and also he reprogrammed my hearing aid. They are amazing. My 96 year old father has been seeing Jeremy Jones at this Sam's Club location for six years. My wife and I refer to Jeremy as Saint Jeremy because he is so kind, patient, and helpful. Even when he is busy, he takes the time to listen to my dad's stories, and he makes Dad feel special. His service has been above and beyond.
