The operator was late for missing a pastors funeral, but didn't post anything letting anyone know she would be coming in late. Store workers say she is late a lot, and while I waited another person approached looking to get his hearing aid fixed. She left him in the lurch, left me waiting to buy a set of OTC hearing aids, and if someone in the Sam's club had a set of keys I could have bought them and been on my way.
