I made an appointment Tuesday afternoon for Feb 14th @noon for a hearing test with Lucid Hearing. I show up just to find out that there is no one there today to do my test.. I didn’t get an email or a phone call or anything to let me know that no one is there to do my hearing test. Nothing more frustrating then taking time off work and wasting my gas to show up for a canceled appointment that Lucid Hearing could of called or emailed me to let me know no one will be there to do the testing.
