Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Could not ask for a better associate. Extremely knowledgeable of the product and solved any issues that might arise easily. Ms. Scott was very efficient, did not waste my time or her's and still did not rush. Although I've had the hearing aids just a couple of months I can tell everything will be fine. Also impressed with the after care Lucid provides.
Jayden is very knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. She has taught me so much and made wearing hearing aides so easy.
