Definitely recommend coming here to Lucid Float Spa if you are injured, need a massage, or if your muscles need worked on from being stiff this is definitely the place to be! I have a foot / leg injury after a jiu jitsu competition and after my first session today, i feel more mobility and a lot less pain in my foot now than i started out with. I plan on doing more sessions after how i feel now!
If you're thinking about coming in for a massage and/or the new Graston's treatment - JUST DO IT! I just came in to see Chad over my lunch hour for a massage and an introduction to some of the Graston's tools and techniques. Over our one hour session I felt tons of relief in normally tense and tender areas and expierenced a dramatic increase in my flexability. I had a great experience at Lucid today! It was my first time in a float tank, and definitely won't be my last. Chad answered all my questions and the spa room was really clean and comfortable; I especially loved the lighting in the tank. The hour in the tank was incredibly peaceful, and it was the perfect amount of time to relax and enjoy the experience. It was worth the drive from Columbus to Mt. Vernon. This was literally one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself! I left feeling peaceful, relaxed and rejuvenated. If you are even a little bit curious...do it! You won't regret it! I am anxiously waiting for my next float♡
I really enjoyed the float spa. I was able to relax right away and take off the tension on my body. I definitely recommend trying it.
