Do not go to this place! It is a true scam. It took days to get the results. When you go, they say it’s free. It is not. Most insurance companies will not cover their charge, and then you will pay over $300 for a COVID test.
They close at random times. After I gave them all of my personal and insurance information, a person came out to let me know they're done testing even though they weren't closed yet. Not happy.
We go here when we need to get tested and usually get the results the next day no issues so far
I registered online and It was a nice and smooth process. I pulled up and parked then I clicked the link to check in and once I checked in a staff member came straight to my car took my swab and told me the results would be in within 48 hours. The next day I receive a text message and received my results by clicking on the link and putting in my ID registration number. The staff was very professional and very nice.
They never informed me I needed to keep my registration I'd. So now I've been on hold for 3 hours trying to get my results.
