We purchased a new build from Lucid last year. The house is fine, not great. We have built several houses with builders that have pride - John Lucid is not that builder. Recently called John Lucid with 2 concerns - our siding was falling off our home and shattering and he said he would come and repair if we paid for it, I said fine. 100 pound cement boards installed with finishing nails so of course they fell off. We had an excellent build experience with Lucid -- they were able to take our dream and turn it into the reality of a beautiful custom home. They had a philosophy to always make it right and even years later, continue to be helpful for any questions that come up!
