Couldn’t be more pleased. The company was very professional, and the service technicians did a thorough and excellent job. They were here when they said they would be and were courteous and concerned about the safety of my stove and very informative. Very reasonable rate for the work. The gentleman from Lucid Air Duct Cleaning was very pleasant and respectful. Loved how he explained how and what he was doing, showing me pictures as he went. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. I look forward to them coming again. The whole house smells fresher.

Lucid Air Duct Cleaning firm promptly responded and scheduled a meeting. The service personnel showed up on schedule and were careful when putting in equipment so as not to harm the property. They explained what was done and why it was done that way as they guided me through the process. The dryer vent and air ducts are immaculate, and the cost was fair. I will definitely contact them again if I have another problem in the future.
Lucid Air Duct Cleaning associates were timely, professional, wore their mask while inside, and answered all my questions. Both gentlemen identified some additional work we needed to do and explained the impact it was having on our overall system. Additional services were offered but I also saw the dirt take.out and felt satisfied that they were efficient. We definitely recommend Lucid Air Duct Cleaning and we’ll see you next year for our dryer cleaning.
