Our church, Wellspring Alliance Church, was truly happy with the results Luciano achieved. We had a 33-year-old engineered wood floor that had never been maintained and had scratch marks and gouges. He carefully sanded and then applied 4 coats of satin finish polyurethane. The floor looks awesome! Even better, he fit into our schedule and began the work on Memorial Day so the fumes could dissipate before the next Sunday service. If you are in the market for new wood flooring, refinishing, etc. call Luciano he will actually answer the phone come out to your location take measurements and listen to your needs. He will work up a cost estimate and timeframe to completion. My job was removing carpeting from three rooms then installing new wood floors and he tied them into my existing wood floors in my foyer, hallways and kitchen. I saw one of Luciano’s green vans parked at a business on my way to an appointment. I called the phone number on it and Luciano answered. We immediately setup a time for him to come to my house to take a look at the stairs I wanted to have refinished. He quickly gave me an estimate and I hired him.
