5 Star : My Experience I have used Luciano's Auto Body for any repairs that I have needed and you have always delivered a great repair experience. This last time took a while but I understand getting parts is a problem right now and it is beyond your control. All the repairs are done well and the final product is always like new. I appreciate all of you and you do a great job.

I was not told the repair time would be taking longer due to part issues and more repairs that were found. 4 Star : Customer Service They did get me a loaner vehicle so that I was able to get to and from work since the repair was taking longer

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality The repair itself was a 10 You fixed the dent and the paint looks great.. however the driver door that was taken off during the repair either needs adjusted or realigned as it doesn’t latch and when it does latch it messes with the lock system I called about it and Danielle was very kind and said to just bring it back in for you to look at it if it needs another appointment they can make one for us. My husband and I both work so we will be bringing it down a day very soon ... read more
