The problem was repaired, for which I am grateful.

3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I am pretty happy with the repairs. The lack of communication is my biggest issue. If someone would have called and told us that it would be longer than expected instead of saying that "we will try our best to get the job done," it would be greatly appreciated. I know it was not a long time , but to figure out transportation to and from work at the last minute for just two days was stressful.
