These guys have been my accountants for 20 years when it was Iuciano, Kent & Roberts, LLC. Now that it seems to have changes ownership the customer service have gone way down. They held on to my taxes for over a year and I actually had to go there and get them, still incomplete. With each phone inquiry about the delay was met with a very light explanation but no date as to when I will be getting my tax forms completed. Best advise is to find another CPA. The service here is substandard.
