I have been attending the Optimal Medical Clinic for medical weight loss and the experience has been life changing. I am currently in week #6 of the program and have lost nearly 30 lbs, this is more than I ever imagined that I could do in the planned 19 week program. The staff is friendly, and the office is very comfortable. I have been very pleased with the experience and recommend this to my family and friends. Dr. Mireles-Chavez was friendly in each of our encounters and helpful.

Dr. Chavez is an incredible physician. She spent nearly an entire work day evaluating my girlfriend and completing an extensive history and physical to ensure that she had an accurate assessment. She was incredibly polite and answered every question which was very comforting. It far exceeded my expectations and I wish all doctors practiced in this manner. I even convinced my mom to make an appointment because I firmly believe it's the best medical care in the Central Valley, CA.
