We had a great experience working with Lucia Annunziata during one of the most difficult times for our family. After losing my mother, the prospect of preparing our childhood home in Marin for sale felt completely overwhelming, but Lucia stepped in and managed every single detail with grace and expertise. She is a powerhouse when it comes to project management. She coordinated all the repairs, painting, and market prep, taking the entire burden off our shoulders. What truly sets her apart, however, is her heart. She handled ... read more

Lucia Annunziata is a wonderful, experienced Marin realtor. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the sale without her. She basically took the entire project off my plate. She handled every single detail of getting the house ready—all the repairs, the painting, the staging—she had it covered. What really blew me away was how she managed the clear-out. We absolutely loved working with Lucia. She was patient and worked with us for almost a year to find the right home for us. She works hard, cares deeply about her clients, does her homework and has a lot of local knowledge. Authentic, respectful and hard working. Highly recommend!

We purchased a home in San Anselmo last year and had the pleasure of working with Lucia. She was incredibly attentive, consistently communicative, and always timely in her responses and follow-ups and had lots of patience with us (she actually showed us 6 houses in 1 day)! Throughout the process, she was supportive and well-informed, and helped us navigate every step- it really felt like a team effort. Her professionalism and local knowledge were invaluable, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure everything moved smoo... read more

Lucia is a treasure! Competent, wise and also a lot of fun to work with! She knows the market and she knows people. We were outbid in our first attempt, but she sagely and calmly told us that the right house comes at the right time. And boy was she right! We love the home she helped us find. It is truly our dream home. A home we found because Lucia always knew the right questions to ask us, so we understood better what we needed...what we wanted! I would recommend Lucia to anyone. Thank you Lucia!
