Roach infested units. Disregard for your well-being and pets'. It took over 2 weeks and 6 complaints before they fixed the knob on my shower. They'll schedule and confirm services with you, then 24 hours later leave a note on your door asking to reschedule. They don't tell tenants about new management, office hours, or technical issues that won't allow you to pay rent. The 3 office ladies don't talk to each other; you'll call with an issue, then call back after not hearing anything and nobody knows what you're talking about... read more
