Wonderful experience! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and very quick to respond to email. Have used the office a few times for different instances. House purchase. Estate assistance etc.
I recently contacted Lucenti Orlando regarding my grandfather’s estate, which was handled by the firm following his passing in 2018. My sister and I were directed by the North Bay courthouse to contact the office for information relating to the estate and probate records. Unfortunately, my interaction with Sherri, who handles estate matters for the firm, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication was lacking. They said they’d look into things but never did. Closed on a house and paid property tax to sellers which turns out they didn’t pay themselves. Lucenti left me hanging on this. They also missed the unpaid water bills that became my responsibility. Again, left me hanging. I won’t consider them next time I need a lawyer.
Always a great experience dealing with this law firm , very professional, amazing staff , truly appreciate the attention to details , they handle my house sale and it was flawless experience as expected . Marc Fortier
