I tried this spa today for the first time. This place is absolutely amazing. They offer variety of services. I definitely recommend this spa 10/10. Owners are wonderful people. Thank you ladies! I will be back !!!!
I paid for a package of 3 for PRF but found out after my last appointment that I only got PRF 1/3 times and I got a PRP (cheaper treatment) the other two times. I never once consented to getting PRP and my nurse said “you paid for the PRP cost but we gave you 1 PRF as a complimentary tester”. I was originally quoted a package deal and that’s why it was cheaper than the original cost and I was never told I was getting a “1 trial treatment”. Really pleased with my experience at Lucent Medical. The PRP service was exceptional—professional staff, pristine environment. They took the time to explain everything and addressed all my concerns. I felt completely comfortable during the procedure. Also saw great results in a short period of time. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking to enhance themselves. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I will start by saying my treatment went well and I would have returned if it were not for some things that I cannot overlook. Being the first appointment of the day I was shocked at how filthy the place was. The floor had obviously not been swept in a while as there was single and tufts of black hair everywhere on the floor and in the bathroom. It was extremely off putting.
