Terrible service , wasted my time and money by giving me false information about the location and availability I called the Vancouver location and they decided to send me to the Burnaby location with no notice ended up wasting $50 on an Uber and three hours of my day gone due to the lack of knowledge at the front desk do not recommend coming here or calling this place ever
I was looking for an eye doctor and really needed to be seen today. Luckily, they had a cancellation, and I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Kelvin. He was kind, professional, and thorough in his examination. Karen performed all the optometric tests diligently, and both Karen and Lin were extremely helpful and welcoming. They also helped me choose the right frame by sharing their honest opinions. I had my eyes checked for contact lenses, as it has been frustrating trying to get the right prescription. Kelvin was very patient & talented in explaining my options, and was just a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciated him, as well as the two lovely ladies up front: Liza & Karen, who were friendly & very helpful. Thanks everyone, I’ll be back!!🤗
