My family and I recently visited FYidoctors for the first time and had a great experience. Dr. Karen Mudry was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the comprehensive eye exams. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend!
disrespectful staff. She deserves the highest score of disrespectful and comtempt! Too bad, I do not remember her name. Now, I wonder if a client has the right to know that a business has changed ownership when the business reached out to book an appointment with the client? Are we just being sold? If I knew that's the experience, I'd never have went.

Terrible service , wasted my time and money by giving me false information about the location and availability I called the Vancouver location and they decided to send me to the Burnaby location with no notice ended up wasting $50 on an Uber and three hours of my day gone due to the lack of knowledge at the front desk do not recommend coming here or calling this place ever
I was looking for an eye doctor and really needed to be seen today. Luckily, they had a cancellation, and I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Kelvin. He was kind, professional, and thorough in his examination. Karen performed all the optometric tests diligently, and both Karen and Lin were extremely helpful and welcoming.
