I visited the clinic myself along with my 3-year-old daughter, and we were both very happy with the level of care we received. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized, efficient, and very clean. The clinic has a calm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. I had a great experience with Dr Yee and Karen for treatment of dry eye. They took the time to thoroughly assess my symptoms, explained the options clearly, and tailored a plan that actually delivered results. The care was attentive and professional, and I left feeling understood and confident in the treatment. My dry eye has improved significantly since starting care with them. Highly recommend their clinic for anyone struggling with chronic dry eye issues.
Dr Yee and her staff are just SO kind and friendly. They make you feel seen and so knowledgeable in their products and eye care. HIGHLY recommend this place and to see Dr. Lee!
Poor communication of feea and business practices. Really want to support small busineses but it's really hard when you're overcharged for unecessary appointments. Back to Costco I guess
The fastest glasses we’ve ever gotten. They have an in-house lab and had the lenses on hand for my wife and we were able to get her glasses made and ready within an hour. They also direct bill to Sun Life. Doctor Kelvin Cheung was great!
