I would have left 0 stars but it requires at least one. DO NOT........I repeat, DO NOT go here for a DOT physical!!!! This Nurse practicioner ( Not even a Dr), will prevent you from getting your CDL or cause you to lose it by refusing to give you the test based on medications you may be on. He advised me to get a letter from my regular GP (which I did) stating I could drive a bus while taking my medication. He must have assumed my Dr wouldn't write the letter and I wouldn't be back.
