Dr.Luce is a 15/10 doctor. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re okay. Extremely professional and amazing bedside manner. She has made incredibly stressful times pleasant. She truly cares. An amazing Doctor and a great friend. Super grateful for her as my PCP. ❤️
I like Luce Solari-Suprena very much. She will go over my results line by line and explain what each item is. She is always so nice and a pleasure to have as my Nurse Practitioner. I feel like I can talk to her about anything and she is present and listening.
Two stars because I called to reschedule my appointment due to an emergency and knew I would be a bit late. When I called I was notified of a cancellation fee of $25. I was told as long as I was present by 3pm I would be seen, because of a 15 minute grace period. When I arrived they informed me because I would be a new patient I would not have been charged if I did try to reschedule…. Which would have saved me the trip had I known that… I was present by 3:00 pm and was denied being seen because I was late, even though I was ... read more
