Luce Hair Studio West is a lovely salon. Chris, Steve and their staff are excellent. All the staff are friendly and happy. I go once a week for a blowout, and every couple of months, I have highlights. They take care of my hair! As a fellow business owner, it is nice to go where the staff is happy and treated with respect and care. The owners will accommodate any staff member so they can deal with personal issues. The hairdresser was great, but the place has a reputation for treating its staff very badly and is wildly overpriced. Turnover is high, so hit and miss because of poor management. Best to give it a miss and go somewhere else.
I’ve been getting my hair cut for a few years here now and recently had my hair coloured for the first time! I even come out from out of town because I love this place so much! My hair looks just like the reference photo and I have been getting nothing but compliments!! Thank you Teri!!!
My family and I come here once a year to see Lauren. She’s amazing and all the other staff are wonderful, too ❤️
