Got me in for a last minute cut on NYE! Happy with the cut
I went for my first appt with this salon/location. The stylist I was booked with was Sam. Making the appt was super easy by phone and they send text reminder out prior to the day of the appt which is helpful. When you arrive there is ample free parking. The salon itself is bright and welcoming and clean. Staff are friendly and greet each customer. The stylist herself was super friendly. I love it there! All the girls were amazingly sweet! They know how to work with all kind of hair, very professional, they know what they do and they explain it to you while doing it! I went there with my 5 yrs old daughter (it was her first time at a hair salon) and they where all super kind and gentle with her. Really amazing place!
I’ve been a repeat customer since I moved to Kingston in 2020. I usually come twice a month and it is always a great experience. Not only do I walk out with my hair looking fresh and fabulous ♂️ but I also leave with a smile on my face. The staff are absolutely amazing! I have to say though that ever since Autumn joined the team it’s been nothing but smiles, laughter, great conversation and the best atmosphere. She really is an asset to Luce. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thanks ladies
