I love it there! All the girls were amazingly sweet! They know how to work with all kind of hair, very professional, they know what they do and they explain it to you while doing it! I went there with my 5 yrs old daughter (it was her first time at a hair salon) and they where all super kind and gentle with her. Really amazing place!
Had an amazing experience !!! Lovely ladies down to earth and not stuck up like some salons I had my hair done by autumn in the east end location , who made sure the cut I picked would look good with my face shape and body and just made me feel special when I was having a down day So thank you very much I didn’t know how much I needed that pick me up and she DELIVERED!
I’ve been a repeat customer since I moved to Kingston in 2020. I usually come twice a month and it is always a great experience. Not only do I walk out with my hair looking fresh and fabulous ♂️ but I also leave with a smile on my face. The staff are absolutely amazing! I have to say though that ever since Autumn joined the team it’s been nothing but smiles, laughter, great conversation and the best atmosphere. She really is an asset to Luce. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thanks ladies
Gave specific instructions when I went in that I wanted my hair trimmed and came out with a shaved back haircut. Had to continually tell the hairdresser Autumn what to do and ask her to keep layers which she didn’t do. Overall, the haircut was terrible, but because she spent her time cutting felt obligated to pay. I wouldn’t go back to the salon ever or use the junior hairstylist. Paid $65 for this a terrible haircut.
