lived at Luce for 18 months. This place is hot garbage. They’ll make sure your deposit is taken almost to the dollar upon moving out. You should see their “Paint Wear Calculator” scam included in your final statement. I lived by myself and caused no damage to the apartment beyond 4 small nail holes for hanging pictures (normal wear and tear imo) yet they still found a way to absorb the deposit with asinine fees.
