High quality pasta,the only down side was the waiting line. It took us about 30 mins wait on a weekday off peak hour. But it’s worth it in my opinion. Flavor is on point and the portion is reasonable. House wine is great with the food.

Luce is the hidden gem of Portland’s food scene. Their pastas, appetizers, and wine list are well worth the hour plus wait.

Every time I go here there is rude behavior from the staff with constant changing of seating policies when they feel like it. The food isn’t good enough for the rude seating behaviors every time we go in.

Divine every time. This is maybe the best Italian restaurant in the US. They honor authentic Italian cuisine with delicious pastas, sides, and salads that use fresh, high quality ingredients. The pasta menu has recurring favorites (get the spaghetti, really) and seasonal dishes. All are good. Go with half portions so you can try more than one. To be honest had high expectations due to social media hype. Those expectations unfortunately were far from met. The bread was cold, shrimp tasted like bad seafood, and the sauces lacked flavor. Would save my date night and pick another Italian restaurant.
