Unfortunately after going a handful of times, I think tonight will be my last I’ve gone for silk presses, trims, soft locs and twists and each time the appt did not start on time. They are very understanding and accommodating especially this most recent visit having to go get my child (I was away for an hour) but I should’ve never been there for 8 hours for a wash, blow dry and shoulder length twists. My daughter got there at 3:30 they had her waiting a whole hour other stuff happen that I won’t mention the whole then was just handle bad very unprofessional for it to be are first time coming she should of also did a better job her hair was rushed this is the morning after getting it done being picked up at 6 this was post to be a silk press her hair is terrible should of been free to be honest
I wasn’t a huge fan of hair care until I came across this place. The owner is not only knowledgeable about hair, she’s also is very sweet and does care about her clients overall satisfaction at her salon. She served her clients snacks where we were here getting our hair done. I will keep coming back.
I was really satisfied with their services. They’re such a caring and professional team, fast and accurate in the way they handle customers.
The owner is extremely nice and the service was great! I got a silk press and this was my first time here and I will be back!
