We bought a 2020 Audi Q5 3months ago, and have been pleased with our purchase. It had low mileage and came with an addl 1 year warrantee. Karyn Ingram was a pleasure to work with; she is very knowledgeable, super organized, and so pleasant to work with . She offered to help this 77 year old woman with all the fancy technology in this car.I plan to go back to her for a lesson on how to set up my navigation system. Excellent service, fair prices I have been using Lucchettis for several years and have found them to be fair, fast and affordable. I' have never gotten the vague "I'm being ripped off" feeling that accompanies so many other trips to an auto service center. The mechanics there will tell you whether something is worth fixing or not, and also tell you everything that NEEDS to be fixed but what you can get away with NOT fixing right at that moment. Expensive my experience with lucchettis - and that of family members - has been very different than the previous reviewer's. i have found them to be very expensive and they may recommend preventative services in a VERY preventative way. i.e., if your brakes have 20,000 miles left in them, they'll recommend you get them done now, whereas another mechanic may tell you to come back in ten or fifteen thousand. also, for small jobs - maybe something that should take fifteen minutes - they'll bill for a full hour. last time that h... read more
Lucchetti's is a thief I have been using Lucchetti's for awhile now!! Recently I have not had good service with them. A few months ago I went in for new front brakes, because according to Lucchetti's they were the only ones that needed to be replaced. I left Lucchetti's and the brakes were making a clicking noise. I had to bring my car to the dealership for work, so I had them look at the brakes. They said they looked fine, but Lucchettie's forgot to put the shims on the brakes. Horrible customer **********************. They had my car 3 times and failed to fix the problem all 3. They claim they changed the radiator less than 3 weeks ago and now he dealership is telling me I need a new radiator, so someone is lying. When I was stuck on the side of the road they didn't care and told me to call the car dealership. They keep making excuses for whey they failed to identify the problem and they are refusing to give me my money back.
