Had some miscommunication with a staff person. But the Doc resolved the issue, and my husband's glasses are very nice.
Our family has received care from Dr. Lucchetti for many years. From exams to glasses to contacts, their service and products have been top notch. Highly recommended.
I had a very disappointing experience with luchetti eye care. at first it was fine until I had a problem with my glasses. the were not working out. so I picked a comparable pair to exchange other pair with.they had to order them plus I had to pay upgrade fee because I couldn't find another pair for exact price. new ones come in and 1 month later a lense falls out. I have no idea where this happened.i looked for days. I called and was told it would be 100 to get new lense! I asked about warrenty.policy. told there wasn't one.... read more
As I get older, my other eye doctor told me that I would just have to get use to not being able to wear contacts...well he was wrong! Dr. Lucchetti has me seeing 20/20 with contacts! Realizing now, that the other Dr. just didn't want to take the time to getting me to this point. I highly recommend Lucchetti Total Vision, his employees are fantastic, and he is very lucky to have people like that working for him!!!
Dr. Luchetti does all he can to provide excellent service and a satisfied customer. His staff is professional as well as personable and the office atmosphere comfortable and welcoming. For years, I have only been able to wear contants for general use and could only wear them for cosmetic reasons. I have been frequenting the same eye care doctor for years and everytime I needed new contacts, it involved several visits over three months or more to find a pair that were only adequate for general vision, not reading. This is the most inviting doctor's office I've ever been to. Dr. Lucchetti and his staff are so friendly and helpful in providing care and service. The office is beautiful and so comfortable, complete with complimentary massage chairs, gourment coffees and teas, and snacks. I had a wonderful experience there.

Dr Lucchetti is a class act. He sat down with me and gave me options regarding my contacts. I got to take home two different brands of contacts to see which ones were right for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Lucchetti vision.
AMAZING. That will sum up Dr. Lucchetti, his staff and his cool new office. Love the massage chairs in the dilation room! My daughters are very picky about their healthcare providers but if you can manage to get a 9 year old and a 15 year old to be smiling when they leave, you have something special.
