The owner of this establishment should not be in business in our "friendly" town considering he's not friendly at all! Called to place a take out order and was refused to be served! The website shows open until 9pm and phoned around 7:30. When I asked the girl on the phone why, I clearly heard him state because I'm not that's why in an incredibly rude tone! Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. But I wasn't even there this evening. So I'm not sure who you heard in the background. To my understanding it got very busy tonight to the point that the staff felt it necessary to STOP SEATING DINE IN TABLES AS WELL AS TAKE OUT ORDERS. In order for them to give THE customers already there best service possible. It is very clear on our Web site luccwfpizza.com as well as Facebook that we close at 8pm.
I have tried SO hard to like Lucca Pizzeria. I really want to support local Victor businesses. However, I am officially done! To make a long story short, while talking to the owner, he made a simple request into a complicated situation which gave us no choice but to walk away. I am shocked... For those of you who know us... We are not that hard to please. I will NEVER go back.

I am sorry that there wasn't a table available when you arrived, but like at any other restaurant that does not have a table to accommodate your party at the time of your arrival you have to wait in the designated waiting area. I am sorry that you do not care for the bench in the waiting area but that is all that we have,
