Nice lady but didn’t like the property. Definitely needed work but according to the realtor… they were basically finished doing any repairs/upgrades when so much more was needed. The bathrooms were terrible. Nasty. Dirty. Dead bugs in the tub/shower. The windows looked like it hadn’t been touched in years. Dust & dirt was a constant issue. I specifically asked if they were done with the cleaning & repairs & I was told yes. 🤦🏾♂️ How can you have a viewing when the home is clearly not presentable??

They are incompetent thieves having people cars towed for dead tags and no registration. They building has mold and stray cats living here. They make appointments to do things and never show up . Then they show up unexpectedly banging aggressively on the doors as if they pay bills. My first encounter with them a maintenance team member told me he was gonna charge my landlord money.
