Eversource (Utility company) hired this terrible company to cut trees by the utility lines.. Was I ever surprised to see that they had parked their huge truck right on my lawn. When I went out to find out what was going on, the individual “Bill“ refused to give me his last name and literally turned his back on me. He said he could fix it with a pitchfork(!}. Yeah these guys are awful. They contract for Eversource and will come onto your property without knocking on your door and just start BUTCHERING your trees. There's VERY LITTLE concern for safety of you have kids and will leave an absolute mess. Then when you call to try to reach someone, NO ONE will answer the phone. They do, however, inform you that you were sent a mailer and it's up to you to call someone to tell them NOT to cut your trees. Lucas did work in Little Compton RI for the electric company. They cut down 5 foot cedar bushes and bayberry bushes on my property while not cutting oak branches near the power lines. When I complained to the workers a manager named Ben said he would compensate me and never did. I knew he was giving me lip service. The bushes they cut had nothing to do with the power lines.
I was contacted a few weeks ahead of a scheduled tree service on my road by Kimberly. She left paperwork with details about the tree services and the specific work at my property. I texted her about my concerns, to only minorly trim the oak tree at the corner of my property. William came, removed the minimum amount needed to accommodate the power lines AND took down my American flag from the tree and replaced it after the pruning was done. Excellent service experience.
