Lucas was absolutely amazing in our home buying process. He was very responsive and made sure we understood the nuances of buying a home in NC. The home we ended up buying got a little complicated and he was nothing but professional and helpful. Him and his team made the process easier and more organized. If you are looking for a realtor, I cannot recommend Lucas enough!
Lucas has been nothing short of amazing. We have been searching for land and at every turn he has bent over backward to help us find just the right place. From recommending contractors, attorneys, earth moving companies, well and septic businesses...he seems to have a connection with everyone. We would absolutely recommend Lucas to anyone looking for a home or simply land. He has been incredibly attentive listening to what we want and working on finding just the right place. I was referred to Lucas by a NC coastal region Real Estate Agent who said Lucas is a great person and Real Estate Agent. I share with you that he is all that plus more. Great communication skills, asks all the right questions, great follow up and provides real estate data that helps customers/clients make the best decision related to real estate transactions. My wife and I are very pleased with the services provided by Lucas.
