Great owners.
The office staff is always responsive and helpful.
The Lucas family has always been fair and attentive in all my dealings with them since 2002. The staff is always helpful. I have never waited for repairs or maintenance to be done. I always need help on Friday after office hours. I call and leave a message and the issue is dealt with on Monday. Properties owned and managed by the company are clean and we'll maintained. Rent increases are reasonable and fair. These are great people to work with
we live in their apartment and the owners of these apartments are deceiving us. the managers lie to us that they changed the carpet before they came to live and showed us a fake invoice, but we definitely know that nothing has changed for 10 years, our friends lived here before us and they found out that this is an old carpet. I highly recommend not renting them. be careful, you can be deceived as we were deceived. there were also spots and old chewing gum in the carpet, and children can tear it off and chew it, it’s terribl... read more
