eddie and jonathan were courteous, professional, and very considerate of the current health situation. they observed social distancing and wore masks throughout their visit to our home in longview. they efficiently addressed our drain issue in a safe and effective manner. a big thank you to eddie and jonathan for their hard work. it's clear that the plumbing company is under new management now, which is delivering excellent service.

At first, there were some minor issues with the plumbing job in Longview. I chatted with Jonathan about the most effective method to sort out the problems. He was incredibly customer-oriented, patiently hearing out my worries, and worked with me to identify a solution. Eddie, our plumber, skillfully fixed all the plumbing troubles. From the moment I dialed Luca's Plumbing to the time I got my invoice, every individual involved was highly professional and kept their promises. I'm someone who always has a lot of queries. All of my questions were addressed, and I never felt as if I was being bothersome with my constant inquiries. Axel was fantastic in our Longview home. He showed great care for our property and valued my time. If I ever require a plumber again, I'll definitely request for Axel.

i highly recommend the plumbing services i received. eddie showed up at my Longview house exactly when he said he would and professionally handled my drain problems. He took the time to explain his approach and the causes of our drainage concerns. Besides his standard tasks, eddie made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Working with these excellent plumbers was a delightful experience. Axel and his team were both friendly and thoroughly professional. Although there was a minor mix-up with the permit in Longview, they promptly resolved it without any hassle. Once the paperwork was sorted, they were ready to start and managed to complete the plumbing job within a single day. I am genuinely satisfied with their service.
