We broke our shower faucet over the weekend and had to shut off the main water valve. After calling a few plumbers and not getting much help, we reached out to Luca's Plumbing. I highly recommend their plumbing service. They were professional, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. I called that morning about a leaking AC condensate pump and drainage line issue, and they were able to send someone out the same day. Chris arrived on time, inspected everything carefully, and completed the repair thoroughly. jonathan was very helpful and really knowledgeable about the plumbing problem at my house. He cleared the clogged drain lines and got the shower, sink, and toilet flowing properly again. He explained in simple terms what to do and what not to put down the pipes so the backup does not happen again. We were dealing with an on-and-off but ongoing sewer backup issue, and Jonathan came out to inspect the plumbing line. He used a sewer camera to check the pipes from end to end and showed me the video so I could clearly see everything for myself.
