In my own personal experience with them directly, yates and yates who manages this property is very unprofessional and are financially unreasonable. I highly recommend NOT working with them in my opinion and from my own experience.
I have lived here almost 4 years and some things have changed over the years like management and Maintenance. I love the building. I love the location and I feel safe. All of the laughs down in this historic garment District are older so there are things that can happen during the season most of the time they don’t just affect the building, but others like power outages and broken water pipes, but they always accommodate us. So I got a letter on my door offering 1322.00 if I resign my lease and so I take it to the leasing office to sign and Nikki and Hannah tell me no but they’ll sign me up for the over 1500/month instead of honoring the paper THEY put on MY door. Also new residents are getting 1400/month to move in.
