Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this orthodontist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
