We had a wonderful experience with at Lucas. From the very first appointment, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable. Lucas Orthodontics is a great place for getting you the perfect smile! Their staff is so kind, funny and highly skilled. The prices are very transparent and fair, which was quite refreshing for us first timers. All around I highly recommend Lucas Ortho and will definitely be going back with another smile in need of perfecting:)
We really like Dr Lucas and the staff and I have my second child in braces here. Just be aware that scheduling appointments can be difficult. Their hours are very limited (working parents beware) and they are so booked that trying to reschedule an existing appointment puts you 6 weeks out. It wasn’t as bad several years ago with my oldest child, but they seem to have gotten much busier in recent years.
The BEST experience! My daughter and I both got braces at the same time and went through the process together. The team at Lucas felt like family! They took such great care of us and have the best equipment and technology. Always kind and professional and a great part of the community, hosting family events in and out of the office. I once needed help with a bracket during Christmas and they actually let me come in a day before Christmas Eve to tweak one of my brackets. Talk about amazing service and care! The office is always clean and well-organized, which makes every visit comfortable.
