Didn't tell me if tires was low or added anything fluid that was a wasted 91 dollars I w8ll go down the road to see if customer service is better..
I went to Lucas Oil Center on the west side today and the service there was superb! Everyone was very nice and Donnie Wilson, who is the master mechanic there, worked very hard to figure out the problem with my car. Excellent place to have your car worked on.
I'm not sure what has happened to this location. The people working there done seem to care about providing a good service. I asked for synthetic blend oil change, I was given full synthetic. The name was correct on the bill, not the vehicle, address, or phone number. I don't think they even looked at my trucks odometer. The recorded number was 162,xxx mile and a return to service at 167,xxx. I have 175,xxx miles on my truck. They did this on my previous oil change also. Which I pointed out, and they did it again.
