Took my truck there for an oil change. When they were finished, it came out with a large scratch on the front fender. They refuse to take responsibility for their foul up. Said they don't know how the scratch got there. I'll NEVER go back.
I tried the car wash out of shear necessity. Over priced at $10 and the young car wash guy used a set of pliers to remove my antenna. This was done without any request or permission. The black metal antenna shaft was literally stripped of paint and 2 scratch marks were made in paint on vehicle fender. The employee refused to talk to me and only shrugged his shoulders The car wash was only mediocre and obviously the service even worse. I'll never visit Lucas again nor ever recommend. Beware.
