Yup, definitely a standard stealership here. Got a call Sat 9/27 confirming my appointment for 9am Monday the 29th, for 2, just 2 ford f250 stock tires, same rims from the factory. Just to be on the SAFE SAFE SAFE side, I ask the nice person on the phone if there's a key drop and leaving it between 8-9am Sunday is OK, because I have a fundraiser to get to by 11am Sunday. Well, it's now 421pm on Tuesday the 30th, and I still don't have my work truck back 🤬🤬 Horrible horrible service here.... Good thing it's a fleet vehicle ... read more
