Bought two vehicles the other day and it was the smoothest process I have had in buying a car. I was driving in a long distance and they stayed open beyond closing to make sure I could drive off the lot with the vehicles I wanted. Even though everyone was staying late, they never rushed me and they answered all my questions and handled all the paperwork professionally. From initial contact online through closing, everyone was pleasant and transparent. 10/10 will be returning and recommending to others.
I had a problem with the AC Evaporator not able to blow cold air conditioning air and the Tech used a Refrigerant Dye to find the Leak in my AC Evaporator! I Brought my Truck to Johnson Ford and the Dealership Tech was able to maintain my Truck at a Fair Price! It took three days to get the job done and then get it back on the road! It was an expensive price tag but I hope it addresses the problem! Ford Engineer's are not the Techs best friend and repairing a Ford Product is getting complicated!
