I got my roofing and it’s not the color I was expecting. I used the color on their brochure and it’s not even close. When I saw it I was just sick. Had a few swatches of material but none were the color on the paper. I even had my husband go back in and see if that was the color we were getting. I now know that the colors on the paper are not exact.Not exact! Not even close. We got the name beside the picture but not the color. Maybe I can sell it and buy more. Quality manufacturing. Good people.
Purchased 2 ground hogs... called to pay for one and felt as if I was putting the salesman out to give him my money! To top it off the lack of communication, follow up, effort, delivery and overall customer service has so far been horrible. We haven't received equipment so can't rate it yet, must admit our expectations are starting to waver, hope we are not once again disappointed.
