Laying out the facts. Paid 488$ flat rate for a job that took less than 1,5 hours. Had outside hose replaced. Equivalent matériels less than 50$ at Home Depot. So that leaves roughly 438 for man hours and? Job was well performed, and works like it should. But the price seems excessive considering the amount of work that was required. First, the staff at Lucas Plumbing are the nicest most customer oriented people you will ever meet. We've used them for repairs as well as installing a bathtub. They're very responsive and go above and beyond to do a good job.

Danny from Lucas LTD came out 30 minutes after we called about a leaking sink/garbage disposal that had flooded our kitchen floor. Within the hour of his arrival, the leak was fixed and he had all the right parts necessary right in his truck. Professional job, courteous of our home and would highly recommend for all plumbing needs!
