Bad at landscaping, but good a beating up women and old men. If only they were half as good at landscaping as they are at kicking unconscious people...
Per Charlotte Police Dept, males driving this company truck have been arrested multiple times for assult. June 17, 2016 assulted formet NASCAR drive Mike Wallace and his family, kicking him repratedly while unconscious and sending him to hospital. Beware.
As Doug's staff changes so does his service. His personal accountability for his company is poor. Making the decision to end our contract wasn't hard ... what was frustrating was the disrespect of my time, energy, money and business. Instead of addressing my concerns as a responsible owner he instead chose to put his staff in the line of fire while they were forced to apologize for his poor business decisions. When I purchased my house it had no grass. I had Lucas Lawn and Landscaping do soil preperation (my yard had a very heavy layer of natural mulch in my back yard) and lay zoyzia sod. After 6 months the grass in the front is great. The grass in the back yard is almost gone. The "soil preparatoin" consisted of laying about 1/2 inch of soil over the mulch prior to laying the sod. This lawn company sucks. None of the workers speak english, if they do its not understandable. The jump my fence and sit on my patio - without my permission They make me feel strongly uncomfortable They recently busted a pipe line.... My least favorite lawn company. If I didn't live in lake park I would not use them.
