If i could leave half or no STAR I would, really bad customer service, has no patience or communication skills and not even sure if this is a legitimate business. Became upset after I mentioned about no social media profiles or even a website. I would definitely say he has no license or insurance and is probably not even inscribed as a legitimate business to operate in Virginia at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!!
