I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Have used them for years they are responsive and professional. I had a large leak in my system that they located and repaired. They even showed me what may have been the culprit of the leak and showed me where it was located. They then showed me how to check my water meter to see if I have other leaks. Their technicians and office staff are kind and informative. Highly recommend!
Fraudulent business practices. Lucas Irrigation improperly winterized my home, resulting in a broken pipe. They initially blamed the damage on me, and only after several emails finally acknowledged their responsibility. They agreed to repair their damage at no cost. After completing the repair, they invoiced me over $400. I informed them that I did not approve of the invoice. Very unhappy with Lucas Irrigation. We have been sitting on a leak despite multiple visits from the company. When the system was turned on this past spring, we were not told about any problems, come to find that the system was noted to have low pressure and grass was dying. After much persistence and effort the company finally came out to identify and fix a leak. There was no initiative by Lucas Irrigation to follow up or outline a possible repair plan. I have been a long time customer of Lucas Irrigation. As their business grows, the least customer service I will get. I have Lucas Irrigation come three times in the last three months to turn on, modify and add onto the current system. Every time, they either no show for their appointment for doing estimate or canceled and rescheduled the appointment.
